Architectural Coordinator
Summary
Oversee on-site architectural work to ensure construction meets specifications, drawings, and quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and BIM teams.
The Architectural Coordinator assists the Architect & the Project Manager in supervision of all architectural works at Project Site to ensure that works performed by construction coordinators and subcontractors are in accordance with specifications, drawings and stipulated work programme as well as quality requirement, standards and architectural construction materials are efficiently utilized. The Architectural Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating with the client’s representative, consultant, subcontractor, other trade coordinators, and the BIM (Building Information Modelling) team, and managing a team of construction coordinators to ensure the project is completed profitably.
Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Architecture (Preferably recognized by BOA)
