Architectural Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates architectural projects by liaising with consultants, clients, and authorities, preparing documentation, and managing site execution for construction projects.
Job Description:
Liaise with external consultants and clients on delivery of design
Tender Documentation and Specifications Preparation
Liaise with Government Authorities on Project execution and Delivery
Project Management and Coordination
Monitoring of project progress and site inspections
Any other duties assigned
Job Requirement:
Preferably with a Degree in Architectural.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience after tertiary education in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural
works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
Having experience in the A&A would be a bonus and advantageous.
Have experience working with main contractors
Willing to work in the site office.
