ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Job Descriptions

• To check all drawings and provisions pertaining to Architectural works

• Co-ordinate all Architectural sub-contractors’ work

• Ensure and check all Architectural works conform to relevant authorities requirements

• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done

• Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all Architectural works. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities

• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Architectural or its equivalent
• Min 2 years’ experience in Condo/Commercial projects
