Responsibilities
- Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and completeness
- Ensure architectural works meet specified quality standards and comply with project specifications
- Supervise architectural works on-site and resolve technical issues by coordinating with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors
- Manage timely submission and approval of drawings, materials, and mock-ups to meet project deadlines
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator on LTA projects
