Summary
Coordinates architectural designs between clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements while managing schedules and construction plans.
- · Assist the Architect incoordinating design details between clients, consultants, and contractors toalign architectural designs with project requirements, regulations, and safetystandards
- · Collaborate with projectteams to develop architectural designs, schedules, and construction plans
- · Manage architecturalwork scheduling, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed bysub-contractors according to specifications / drawings
- · Review projectspecifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to assist incontract and procurement management
- · Ensure that stakeholdersare actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project andthe client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developedand maintained
- Requirements:
- · Degree in Architecture,Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- · Min 3-7 years relevantmain contractor experience in Design & Build building project
