Job Summary
The Architect designs and oversees the design phase of construction projects, ensuring architectural plans comply with regulations, are cost-effective, and meet project requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs and drawings
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Manage design modifications and client feedback
Coordinate with structural engineers and contractors
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies
Prepare design documentation and specifications
Oversee design quality and aesthetics
Ensure cost-effectiveness of designs
Support project execution with design clarifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Registration with Council of Architecture (India)
4+ years of architectural design and project experience
Strong design skills and knowledge of building codes
Experience with CAD and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
