Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
- Execute project plans and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
- Lead and manage internal and external teams to drive project progress and resolve issues
- Utilize ARCHICAD and Photoshop software to develop and present architectural designs
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
- Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Photoshop software
