Job Summary
Lead architectural project design, execution, and management while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
- Execute project plans by coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and budget control
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
- Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to optimize project performance and teamwork
- Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural designs and documentation
- Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and project proposals
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
- Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD software for architectural design
- Proficiency in Photoshop for visual presentation
