Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking to appoint highly motivated and talented Architectural Designers to join our studio.. If you have an impressive design portfolio and are passionate about working on exciting international projects in a dynamic design led environment, we would love to hear from you.

All candidates must have:

• Degree or Master of Architecture;
• Min. 3 years of relevant postgraduate experience;
• Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design;
• Strong modelling and post-production skills;
• Excellent sense of graphics and design concepts;
• Design experience on various scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations;
• Working experience ideally gained in Asia or Middle East would be an advantage;
• Retail, Mixed-use / Hotel and Hospitality experience is advantageous;
• Sound knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, Maya, AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp;
• Working knowledge of Revit is preferred;
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential or other language skills are advantageous.
• More experienced candidates may be considered for an Associate level position.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or equivalent
• Excellent design capability with a strong architectural portfolio
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Photoshop and 3D Max experience is advantageous
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent written and spoken English

Experience

• Proven professional experience, ideally including 1-3 years as a Project Architect
• Experience in high-rise design and construction is highly advantageous
• Site or Resident Architect experience is a strong plus
• Proven track record working within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
