Roles & Responsibilities
- Design lead for assigned projects related to Architectural scopes of work
- Work closely with project and sales team to provide concepts and shop-drawings development
- Interprets technical specifications against design requirements
- Creates and maintains design documentation to support the engineering lifecycle.
- Applies relevant design principles and tools to contribute to project goals.
- Manages design resources and workflows to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Creative and Independent on job
- Strong in English Communication in both verbal and written
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to visualize and sketch design concepts
- At least 2 years of working experience in construction preferred.
- Knowledge in building codes/structural design is an advantage
