Summary
Creates detailed architectural and shop drawings for hospitality projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and coordinating with design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Architects and Interior Designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and timely progression of work
- Responsible for project shop drawings and detailed construction issues
- In charge of all drawing development required for the project
- Prepared detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works
- Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed
- Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication
- Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in hospitality.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
