Architectural Drafter

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings, layout plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD or BIM/Revit.
• Assist Architects and Project Managers in modifying drawings based on project requirements and site condition changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with Singapore Building Codes, BCA standards, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants to resolve technical drafting discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or related fields.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM/Revit software.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting or interior design drawings.
• Able to read and interpret structural/architectural blueprints; good team communication skills.
