Architectural Drafter

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and submission drawings.
• Convert sketches and design concepts into technical drawings.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, clients, and authorities.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and M&E plans.
• Check dimensions, specifications, and drawing accuracy.
• Maintain drawing records and meet project deadlines.
• Assist with authority submissions and as-built drawings.

Requirements

• Diploma or certificate in Architecture, Architectural Technology.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM and SketchUp is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, and architectural detailing.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Relevant drafting experience preferred; entry-level applicants may be considered.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and submission requirements is an advantage
