Architectural Drafter

The Drafter supports the Sales and Operations teams through the timely preparation of window and door CAD drawings. The role also involves maintaining operational certification documentation and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Check and review window and door schedule drawings from architects and interior designers.

· Prepare assembly and detailed drawings for windows and doors based on provided information and instructions.

· Perform necessary calculations to support drawing development.

· Prepare and assist in drawing revisions as required.

· Produce as-built drawings in accordance with client or consultant specifications.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company design standards and incorporate them into all drawings.

· Update safety-related documents for fabrication and installation processes.

· Coordinate the renewal of company Bizsafe and related certification documents.

· Perform any other ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Diploma in any Engineering related field.

· At least 2 years of drafting experience in the construction industry preferred.

· Excellent skills in AutoCAD.

· Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).

· Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software is an advantage.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in all work produced.
