What You’ll Work On

Prepare detailed construction drawings for high-rise apartments, shopping malls, commercial buildings and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed architectural drafting

• Working drawings and construction details

• Municipal and approval drawings

• Coordination drawings

• Revision and as-built drawings

• Support architects during project execution

Key Performance Indicators

• Accuracy of drawings

• Timely completion of drawing packages

• Minimal drawing revisions due to errors

• Effective coordination with project teams

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI Draftsmanship / Relevant Technical Qualification

Experience

• 5+ Years in High-Rise Apartments, Shopping Malls, Commercial Buildings or Mixed-Use Developments

Software Skills

• AutoCAD

• REVIT

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with proven experience in detailed drawings for high-rise residential, commercial and mixed-use projects will be given preference.
