ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control and documentation
- Review Architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client’s provision
- Responsible for on-site architectural matters and quality checks
- Perform site supervision and co-ordination of architectural works
- Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications
- Preparation of reports as required
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant Diploma, Degree in Architectural/ Building Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position
- Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD,
- Experience in HDB BTO project will be preferred
