Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Contribute to and develop creative design proposals for diverse architectural projects.
- Technical Excellence: Carry out design development, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and building codes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with engineers, specialist consultants, and clients to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Documentation: Assist in developing precise tender drawings, construction specifications, and submission sets.
- On-Site Exposure: Participate in periodic on-site construction inspections to understand real-world execution, material details, and quality control.
- Project Management: Assist in contract administration duties, gaining exposure to PSSCOC and SIA contract frameworks under senior mentorship.
About You
- Education: A Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates/Entry-level applicants; 1–3 years of relevant internship or professional experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools like Revit, AutoCAD and/or SketchUp. (Strong familiarity with BIM workflows is highly advantageous).
- Soft Skills: Strong design sensibility, excellent presentation skills, with proactive and clear communication.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, committed and ready to navigate the professional path toward becoming a Registered Architect in Singapore.
