Architectural/Interior Design Site Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and interior finishing activities on-site
- Ensure quality compliance with design drawings, specifications, and standards through regular inspections
- Monitor progress against project timeline and milestones; report delays and implement corrective actions
- Enforce safety protocols and K3 regulations; maintain safe work environment
- Coordinate between architects, designers, engineers, and contractors
- Manage materials – verify quality, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory
- Document progress, inspections, safety records, and compliance reports
- Resolve field issues and conflicts promptly with stakeholders
- Maintain records including daily logs, as-built documentation, and handover files
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
- Certification: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry
- Specialized Experience: Proven track record as a Field Supervisor on multi-story building construction, renovation, or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)
