Responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, elevations and interior layouts.
• Create 3D models, renders and design presentations.
• Prepare technical and construction drawings.
• Research materials, design solutions and construction methods.
• Collaborate remotely with project teams and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio of architectural or interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent design software.
• Reliable computer, internet connection and remote-working setup.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree is an advantage. Enugu residents or candidates willing to relocate are preferred.
