Role Overview

The Architectural Intern will support the Architecture and Project Management team in the delivery of projects across various design stages, with exposure to large-scale developments in the Middle East. The role provides practical experience in architectural design, project coordination, consultant management, BIM workflows/coordination, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and project documentation.
  • Support the coordination and management of consultant deliverables and project information.
  • Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and multidisciplinary coordination discussions.
  • Assist in the development, review, and coordination of BIM models and design packages.
  • Conduct architectural, landscape, technical, and regulatory research to support project delivery.
  • Support project managers in project planning, progress tracking, action management, and maintaining project schedules.
  • Assist in the coordination of architecture, landscape, and engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture/project management.
  • Basic knowledge of BIM workflows and proficiency in Revit.
  • Basic understanding of architecture/landscape design principles and site planning.
  • Basic knowledge of project planning and project delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Clash detection tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Duration

  • Full-time/part time internship (typically 3–6 months, subject to university requirements)
