Summary
Architecture intern supports design teams on large-scale projects, handling BIM workflows, consultant coordination, and client presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe tools.
Role Overview
The Architectural Intern will support the Architecture and Project Management team in the delivery of projects across various design stages, with exposure to large-scale developments in the Middle East. The role provides practical experience in architectural design, project coordination, consultant management, BIM workflows/coordination, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and project documentation.
- Support the coordination and management of consultant deliverables and project information.
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and multidisciplinary coordination discussions.
- Assist in the development, review, and coordination of BIM models and design packages.
- Conduct architectural, landscape, technical, and regulatory research to support project delivery.
- Support project managers in project planning, progress tracking, action management, and maintaining project schedules.
- Assist in the coordination of architecture, landscape, and engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project outcomes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture/project management.
- Basic knowledge of BIM workflows and proficiency in Revit.
- Basic understanding of architecture/landscape design principles and site planning.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and project delivery processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Clash detection tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Duration
- Full-time/part time internship (typically 3–6 months, subject to university requirements)
