Architectural Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, architects and consultants to clarify project requirements and coordinate deliverables.
• Work closely with drafters to communicate instructions, consolidate feedback and track drawing revisions.
• Coordinate authority submission documents and follow up on submission status under the direction of the architect/QP.
• Review drawings and supporting documents for consistency with client instructions and project requirements.
• Highlight drawing discrepancies, missing information and potential compliance issues for architect/QP review.
• Coordinate architectural information with C&S,M&E and other consultants.
• Attend client and project meetings, record action items and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain project correspondence, submission records and revision control.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in architectural project coordination in Singapore.
• Practical knowledge of URA, BCA and SCDF submission requirements, building regulations and fire safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and communicate technical requirements clearly to drafters and clients.
• Experience with A&A projects and CORENET submission workflows; familiarity with CORENET X and other relevant authorities is an advantage.
