Architectural Project Coordinator [SL]
Coordinate architectural works from drawing preparation and technical coordination through to site implementation and handover.
Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to resolve design and construction issues.
Prepare, review, and maintain architectural drawings and Revit BIM models.
Ensure drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions meet project requirements and approved schedules.
Monitor architectural site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Implement quality control procedures, maintain records, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Coordinate inspections and handover activities to meet client expectations and project quality targets, including CONQUAS/QM requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant project quality and EHS procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
