Architectural Project Manager (New Estate Development)
Summary
Oversee construction projects for new residential estates, managing contracts, resolving design issues, and coordinating with government agencies to deliver infrastructure on time and within safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Project manage all contracts forinfrastructure and buildings within new estates;
- Resolve technical and design issueswith consultants and contractors
- Coordinate with government agencies on any development issue
- Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
- Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time and Project construction schedule, safety and housekeeping of the project site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
- Preferably with at least 2 to 5years of relevant working experience in consultant or contractor firms. Is a team player with positive attitude & strong interpersonal and communication skills
