Architectural Project Manager

ZARCH Collaboratives Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and proactive Architectural Project Manager to join our team and manage the delivery of a diverse range of architectural projects in Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone with an architectural or built-environment background who enjoys managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from design through construction and completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate architectural projects from design development through construction and completion.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and the architectural project team.
  • Plan, monitor and coordinate project programmes, deliverables and key milestones.
  • Lead and coordinate project meetings, follow up on action items and ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters.
  • Coordinate with architectural, C&S, M&E and other specialist consultants to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks and coordination issues.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure that design requirements and project objectives are properly coordinated and implemented.
  • Assist in resolving project, design and site coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project documentation, submissions and deliverables to ensure they are issued in accordance with the project programme.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and management.


Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Project Management,Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in architectural consultancy, projectmanagement or the building and construction industry.
  • Experience managing building projects in Singapore will bean advantage.
  • Good understanding of the architectural design andconstruction process.
  • Strong coordination, organisational and communicationskills.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and projectseffectively.
  • Proactive, responsible and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional Architect / QP registration is not required.
