Architectural Supervisor
Summary
Oversee construction projects in Singapore, ensuring drawings, materials, and workmanship meet specifications and safety standards while coordinating subcontractors and monitoring progress.
Job Description:
- Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
- Liaise with respective sub-contractors on work methods and sequencing.
- Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for sub-cons and workers to carry out tasks.
- Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials / equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
- Supervision of Subcontractors's work and ensure work done in accordance with specification and quality requirements.
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in context.
- Having experience in LTA projects and A&A would be a bonus and advantageous.
- Able to commit 6 days work week
