Summary
Oversee architectural drawings, materials, and construction progress on residential projects in Singapore, ensuring quality and compliance with BCA standards while managing a team of workers.
Job Description
- Co-ordinate all architectural drawings and works, materials and supervise work progress
- Co-ordinate with Architect, Structural & M & E staff member to resolve any related problems and issues
- Co-ordinate with supplier & sub-con and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards
- Supervise a team of NTS & PRC workers
- Conduct site inspection & site measurements & etc
Job Requirements
- Familiar with BCA conquas/QM and quality control
- Good knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements
- Diploma in Architectural/Building with minimum 5 years' experience in a private residential
- R.T.O registered with IES
