Architectural Technician

Job Summary

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Associates with the development of concept and schematic designs to meet project objectives and client requirements
• Coordinate submissions to authorities

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology and/or Diploma in Architecture issued by Polytechnics in Singapore

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketchup, and Microsoft Office
• Conceptualization and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and proposals
