Architecture Co-ordinator
Salary: $3500 - $4500
Working Days: Mon - Fri | 9 to 6pm
Working Location: Tuas

Job Scope:

Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E drawings and interior design drawings.
Produce and verify detailed shop drawings, cutting lists, and installation details.
Prepare and track shop drawings and technical submissions
Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity, and edge profiling.
Coordinate with procurement teams and overseas suppliers to arrange stone sourcing, quality inspections, and material delivery schedules.
Ensure strict adherence to material specifications (e.g., grade, finish, sizing, and anti-stain treatments).
Act as the primary liaison between the project team, main contractors, and internal/external installation specialists.
