Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Architecture Coordinator tojoin our project team, responsible for coordinating architectural designintent, drawings, and site execution across our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review and coordinate architectural drawings against structural and M&E works to identify and resolve clashes before construction
- Manage RFIs to architects/consultants and track drawing revisions to ensure site works to the latest IFC drawings
- Produce/ Review shop drawings
- Plan and coordinate mock-up submissions for approval
- Conduct site inspections to verify that architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards
- Support authority submissions relating to architectural compliance
- Raise, track, and close out NCRs related to architectural workmanship
- Maintain ITPs and inspection checklists for allarchitectural work trades
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the internal project team to resolve interface issues
- Support handover documentation, as-built drawings, and defect tracking during DLP
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven track record in architectural coordination for infrastructure project
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an advantage
- Good communication skills to liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
