Architecture Design 2D Draftsman (Kochi) Company: CREO HOMES Job Location: Kochi, Keralam, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1+ years Salary: 1,80,000 - 3,00,000 per year We are looking for a skilled 2D Draftsman to support our Architecture Design team in preparing accurate and detailed architectural drawings. The candidate will be responsible for converting design concepts into precise 2D drawings, coordinating with architects and other departments, and ensuring drawings meet project requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar drafting software. Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and working drawings. Convert architectural concepts and sketches into accurate technical drawings. Make revisions and modifications based on architect/client requirements. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, structural, MEP, and project teams. Ensure dimensions, levels, annotations, and drawing details are accurate. Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, templates, and file organization. Prepare drawings for approval, execution, and construction requirements. Check drawings for errors, discrepancies, and design coordination issues. Maintain updated versions of project drawings and documentation. Support the team in preparing drawings within project deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Freshers can apply;6months1 year of experience in architectural drafting preferred. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D. Good understanding of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings. Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings. Knowledge of basic construction details and building materials. Valuable attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with architects and multiple departments.
