Description

What you'll do

We are looking for a passionate Architecture Technical Analyst to join our Software Architecture team. Your main objective will be to analyze requirements, design solution architectures (MSA), and generate detailed technical documentation that serves as a guide for development teams. Although you will not be focused on direct core code development, you will contribute your deep technical knowledge to ensure viable, secure, and scalable solutions, standardizing corporate documentation and feeding our developer portal.

  • Solution Design (MSA): You will analyze technical and business requirements to create robust and scalable Solution Architectures (Macro and Micro Solution Architectures).
  • Architecture Documentation: You will prepare, maintain, and standardize architecture diagrams (using the C4 model), sequence and integration diagrams, and also write Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
  • API and Integration Governance: You will define and document API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger) and asynchronous messaging flows, ensuring consistency across domains.
  • Developer Portal Management: You will lead the uploading and updating of the corporate software catalog in the developer portal, keeping technical documentation, diagrams, and microservices metadata up to date.
  • Development Support: You will act as a liaison between Architecture and development teams (Tech Leads), explaining designs, resolving conceptual doubts, and ensuring that the implementation faithfully reflects the architecture.
  • Definition of Standards: You will collaborate in the definition of cross-cutting guidelines for security, cloud infrastructure, and best practices (SOLID, DDD), communicating them effectively.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with modern architectures based on the JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystem, understanding their challenges and design patterns in full-stack applications.

Education & certifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years of technical experience in software analysis, modeling, and architecture roles.
  • Proficiency in modeling tools and languages (C4 Model, UML, PlantUML, Mermaid, Structurizr or similar).
  • Demonstrable experience creating technical design documents (MSA, HLD, LLD).
  • Experience in payment methods.

What you'll get

  • Flexible compensation (Cobee) for restaurant, transportation, training, and childcare.
  • Health insurance with Cigna, Adeslas, or Sanitas.
  • Wellness program for emotional and psychological well-being.

How you'll work

  • 23 vacation days + December 24th and 31st off.
  • 1 day for professional events and 3 days for personal reconciliation.
  • Reduced hours in August and intensive workday every Friday of the year.
  • 100% Remote Work: You will work remotely, with some flexibility to adapt your schedule, although it will depend on the project you are on.
