The Role:
- Service exiting tennents in commercial and industrial properties across your region
- Renewals
- Attend exhibitions and networking events
- conversion of incoming enquiries
- Lap top and mobile for flexible on the road and home based working
- PERM FULL TIME ROLE - Business 2 Business
- Career role - Lots of stability - replacing someone who has had 6 successful years!
The Person & package:
- Personality - business acumen - hard work - transparency - amazing communication - bit of sales flair - cross and up sell - face to face skills and confidence - Driving licence and own car ! Brilliant LOW PRESSURE RELATIONSHIP ROLE!
