Area IT Associate

Position Summary

Expected Travel: Frequent

Job Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure educational apps & content in tablets as per the defined process.
  
• Configure and deploy wireless routers in Schools. Also configure tablets to connect to the wireless router on need basis.
  
• Configure and ensure proper deployment of camera in Schools.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software related issue in Tablets, Wireless router and camera.
  
• Provide basic training to FTOs to ensure that minor issue resolve on-site by FTOs.
  
• Coordinate with Field Technical Officers (FTOs) to ensure all IT equipment deployed in Schools and Area Office are working properly.
  
• Regularly visits to TTWF schools to ensure all IT equipment are maintained by FTOs and working properly.
  
• Coordinate with HQ IT team for replacement of faulty IT assets / accessories.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of hardware issued and timely update IT assets inventory deployed in Schools and stored in Area Office.
  
• Installation, configuration and management of Microsoft Windows Client Operating Systems and supporting software in laptops deployed in Area Office
  
• Coordinate with internet service provider to ensure internet work properly in TTWF Schools and Area Office.
  
• Any other task assigned.
  

Requirements

Profile Benchmarks

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Bachelors or above) preferably in Computer Science / IT/Information Technology
  
• Experience Required: At least 2 years of relevant experience
  
• Knowledge and Skills:
  
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• ​Good interpersonal skills.
