Area IT Associate

• Deploy and configure educational apps & content on tablets as per the defined process.
  
• Configure and deploy wireless routers in Schools. Also, configure tablets to connect to the wireless router on need basis.
  
• Configure and ensure proper deployment of camera in Schools.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues in Tablets, Wireless routers, and camera.
  
• Provide basic training to FTOs to ensure that minor issues are resolved on-site by FTOs.
  
• Coordinate with Field Technical Officers (FTOs) to ensure all IT equipment deployed in Schools and Area Office are working
  
• properly.
  
• Regularly visits TTWF schools to ensure all IT equipment is maintained by FTOs and working properly.
  
• Coordinate with HQ IT team for the replacement of faulty IT assets /accessories.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of hardware issued and timely update IT assets inventory deployed in Schools and stored in Area Office.
  
• Installation, configuration, and management of Microsoft
  
• Windows Client Operating Systems and supporting software in laptops deployed in Area Office
  
• Coordinate with the internet service provider to ensure the internet works properly in TTWF Schools and Area Office.
  
• Any other task assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation [Bachelor's preferably Computer Science/IT]
  
• Knowledge & Skills: Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written, and Interpersonal skills
