Key responsibilities

  • Operations & Maintenance: Support, maintenance, and optimization of electrical and automated systems in a GMP-regulated production environment
  • Troubleshooting: Systematic analysis and resolution of malfunctions as well as the derivation of sustainable improvement measures
  • Qualification & Validation: Active participation in the qualification and validation of equipment and systems in accordance with pharmaceutical requirements
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Close cooperation with the production, quality assurance, and engineering departments to ensure smooth plant operations
  • Projects & Modernization: Participation in projects for plant modernization and continuous improvement of our technical infrastructure
  • Documentation: Creation and maintenance of technical documentation according to GMP requirements (e.g., SOPs, maintenance logs, change requests)

About you

  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in a production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector, though entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply
  • Soft skills / Technical skills:
    • Knowledge of PLC programming, ideally with Siemens S7 / TIA Portal
    • GMP knowledge: Basic knowledge in a GMP environment (pharma, biotechnology, or food) is desirable
    • Analytical thinking: Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a passion for technical challenges
    • Team spirit: Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Education: Completed Master's degree in electrical engineering or automation technology, or a state-certified technician in electrical engineering or automation technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Languages: Very good German skills as well as good written and spoken English skills

The salary range for this position is :€79 104,00 - €105 472

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
