Area Manager
Job purpose
Responsible for managing the Tawfeer outlets’ budgets and service opportunities, in addition to achieving optimal service levels related to quality, cost and customer satisfaction in line with Tawfeer’s policies & procedures.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of sales, profitability, and operational performance targets across all assigned stores by monitoring results and implementing corrective actions when required.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational standards, brand guidelines, and customer service excellence across all outlets.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory availability, order fulfillment, cost control, health & safety compliance, and asset maintenance to maximize operational efficiency.
- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and risks, monitor market and competitor activities, and recommend strategies to improve sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
- Lead, develop, and manage store teams through workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and training to build a high-performing workforce.
- Monitor and control budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses while ensuring stores operate within approved financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular business reports, performance analyses, forecasts, and action plans to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the same field.
