Area Manager (F & B)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To assist outlets daily operations
2. Conduct regular checks of the oultets to ensure SOP compliances and hygiene standards
3. Monitor inventory levels and takes appropriate action.
4. Arrange to lead, multi-task, team player and be supportive to the operation team
5. Recurit and conduct junior staff interviews.
6. Others ad-hoc job assigned by managements.

REUIREMENTS:

1. Preferably with 1- 2 years F&B experience (those without the relevant experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply)
2. Postive attitude and commitment to excellence.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
