Your Day-to-Day
- Supervising F&B outlets operations and teams
- Analyzing P&L statements for each location
- Managing inventory across the area
- Resolving customer complains effectively
- Developing and mentoring teams for growth
- Conducting regular audits for compliance and efficiency
- Demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills for strategic decision-making
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Chain Restaurant is highly valued (must have!)
- Proven experience in multi-unit management
- Proficiency in P&L analysis and inventory control
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for effective decision-making
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
