Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinating safe and efficient operations to meet production and quality targets within budgeted costs
- Supervising unionized wage and salaried non-union personnel
- Budgeting and cost management
- Identifying cost and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Ensuring personnel are adequately trained to perform their jobs
- Directing outside contractors as needed
