Area Manager
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Area Manager, you lead and develop a group of stores together with Store Managers to drive strong business results, operational excellence, and outstanding customer experience.
Be accountable for financial targets, monitor results and act on KPIs to improve performance across your stores.
Drive local sales and executions of commercial activities in line with global strategies, while ensuring stores follow H&M standards, routines and policies.
Lead, coach and inspire Store Managers and store teams, setting clear priorities, empowering decision-making and securing strong execution.
Recruit, develop and secure succession for future store leaders, while strengthening an inclusive culture through feedback, leadership development and consistent communication.
Partner with People, Expansion, Tech, Visual and other support functions to solve challenges, support rollouts and secure smooth, safe and cost-efficient store operations.

As an Area Manager, you’ll work closely with Store Managers and cross-functional partners across all functions to drive commercial performance, operational excellence and consistent customer experience across multiple stores.
This role will be reporting to Sales Manager.
