Do you have 5 years’ experience of emergency and development work, and an understanding of relevant issues fitting the country and regional context ?
Do you have A proven record of effective and complex management in a humanitarian response including managing budgets, staff and funding of the programme ?
Do you have excellent people management skills, with a good understanding of team development and proven financial management skills?
