Your mission is to ensure the smooth development of work in the area under your responsibility (Production, Dining Room, Counter, and McAuto), respecting and enforcing operational, quality, hygiene, and food safety procedures, as well as good human resources management practices, thereby achieving CSL & V results and contributing to the satisfaction of both external and internal customers.

What you'll do

• Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and controls for both raw materials upon receipt of supplies and during their storage in the restaurant (product rotation, primary and secondary expiration dates....)
• Checking product receipts against delivery notes and controlling the conditions in which the product arrives (time, good condition, etc.).
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by establishing and communicating excellence in customer service to the people under your responsibility, especially in the Dining Room and Counter areas.
• Collaborating with the rest of the restaurant management in global personnel management, providing sincere and honest feedback on the performance of the employees you work with, while proposing the most appropriate training actions to achieve operational excellence among the restaurant staff.
• Demonstrating leadership behaviors and McDonald's values on a daily basis in dealings with staff or restaurant management, dedicating the necessary time to interpersonal relationships to allow you to understand the concerns and needs of each person.
• Supporting management in whatever is necessary at any given time.
• Ensuring machinery maintenance tasks according to the planned maintenance schedule, or managing any breakdowns that arise during the shift with suppliers.

• Previous experience in hospitality or as a manager
• To be over 18 years old
• Flexible working hours
• Full availability
• Demonstrable experience in similar positions.
• Leadership skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Driving license and own car are valued
