Role OverviewAs an Area Manager, you’ll guide the performance, culture, and customer experience across your region. You’ll mentor Store Managers, coach through challenges, celebrate progress, and keep everyone focused on delivering meaningful moments in every interaction.You’ll balance strategy and pace with real presence in-store; managing performance while supporting your teams through whatever the day throws their way.
