1. Job Responsibilities

점포 운영
• 담당 매장의 매출, 운영지표(KPI) 및 서비스 품질 관리
• 정기적인 매장 방문을 통한 운영 점검 및 개선
• 점장 및 매장 직원 코칭, 운영 가이드 제공
• 매장 운영 이슈 분석 및 개선방안 수립
• 신규 프로모션, 정책 및 SOP 현장 적용 관리
• 분기 재고조사 일정 수립 및 운영 총괄 (결과 분석 및 차이 관리)

인력 관리
• 점장 및 매장 스태프의 근태, 스케줄, 성과 관리
• 파트타이머 및 정직원에 대한 코칭 및 리더십 강화 SOP(Local SOP) 수립 및 현지화
• 글로벌 본사 운영 매뉴얼 기반, 국내 점포 실정에 맞춘 운영 프로세스 현지화 및 실행
• 매장 운영 매뉴얼 교육 및 정기적 피드백

월마감 및 정산
• 운영 비용 집행 및 월 마감 관리
• 정산 이슈 관리 및 점포별 재고/현금 시재 확인

커뮤니케이션 및 본사 협업
• 글로벌 HQ 본사와의 업무 협업 및 리포트
• 캠페인, 신상품 출시, 신규 매장 오픈, POP-UP 운영 관련 협력

2. Experience Requirements

• 리테일 업계 경력 5년 이상

• Area Manager 또는 Store Manager 경력 보유자

• 멀티 스토어 운영 및 관리 경험

• 재고관리 및 매장 운영 프로세스에 대한 이해

• 신규 매장 오픈 및 프로젝트 수행 경험 우대

• 데이터 분석 및 KPI 관리 역량

• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력

3, Desired Skillset

• 점포 관리, 인력 운영 및 KPI 성과 분석 능력 보유

• 원활한 커뮤니케이션과 조직 내 협업 능력

• 데이터 기반 문제 해결 및 전략 수립 역량

4.Additional Skill & Language ability

• 중국어 또는 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자

• MS Office(특히 Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 및 보고서 작성 능숙자

• 손익(P&L) 관리 및 데이터 분석 역량 보유자
