Area Manager

• Drive identification, qualification, and conversion of strategic infrastructure projects across target markets.

• Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline & driving from project announcement to completion.

• Lead specification management with project owners, consultants, PMCs, and EPC contractors.

• Manage complex mega projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project packages.

• Drive bid and tender management activities from pre-bid engagement through project award.

• Maximize utilization of the complete product portfolio across all phases of project execution.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions and project success.

• Establish long-term contracts, rate agreements, and strategic partnerships with key project stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, profitability, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Deliver sustainable business growth through solution selling, project conversion, and margin-focused execution.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

• MBA in Marketing / Business Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 15–18 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.

• Strong exposure to handling key developers and large project accounts at national/regional level.

• Experience in driving specification and project management preferred.

• Strong network with leading developers, consultants, and PMCs across India.
