- Ability to build great management teams and ensure alignment within the entire company.
- Conduct health, sanitation, and safety process evaluations to remedy any violations immediately.
- Ability to self-manage time resulting in impactful store visits.
- Ensure all admin work is being met,
- Understanding key performance indicators and the ability to coach managers into running effective metrics.
- Detail oriented with strong data analytical skills.
- Improve staff retention by creating specific action plans around development and accountability.
- Full accountability for all operational results, training, development, and system implementation
