Area Manager

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management of multiple stores to achieve target KPIs

● Establish procedures and standards of work to ensure operation efficiency in a customer-centric environment

● Maintain outstanding stores condition and execute visual merchandising brief in a timely and effective manner in accordance with company expectations

● Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

● Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

● Be aware of and ensure safety standards are always a priority

● Provide regular feedback to team members to support their individual development and team performance

● Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

● Ensure the stores following the business directions and able to achieve business profits
