Area Safety Manager

RAFTRx is experiencing significant growth and seeks an experienced, hands-on Area Safety Manager to develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy from scratch. Based in the Atlanta Metro area, this critical role requires regular travel to other company sites and active engagement in fieldwork, including accompanying sales teams and inspecting roofs and construction sites firsthand. This role will report to the CHRO while working directly with the COO and in close partnership with Finance. The Safety Director will be responsible for embedding rigorous safety standards across all areas of our operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in safety within the building products or construction industries, especially in roofing and auto/travel safety. This position requires both hands-on operational expertise and strategic foresight to proactively cultivate and sustain a strong safety culture.
