Area Sales and Technical Support Manager (m/f)

• Maintain, develop and grow business relationships with current and prospective customers
• Support the local distributor’s sales structure in achieving annual turnover goals by preparing relevant analyses and transferring product information
• Plan and conduct regular visits to local partners and their network
• Perform training events with both garage and distributor staff, transferring knowledge about products, technical aspects and brands, as well as “best practice” procedures
• Support partner’s marketing communication by verifying, adapting or creating technical marketing materials
• Support and educate distributors in the proper verification and assessment of potential quality claims and warranty issues
• Conduct market research to identify new markets as well as customer needs
• Organize and conduct sales meetings and presentations
• Participate in local trade shows and technology events aiming to increase TMD brand awareness
• Train business developers and sales colleagues
• Monitor sales development and prepare monthly sales analysis and reports for management

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• Technical or economic university degree with strong interest in the automotive industry
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is highly desirable
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly ppt, xls, word)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good organizational skills
• Driving license and willingness to travel
• Able to work from home office
