Area Sales Coordinator

The Area Sales Coordinator provides administrative and sales support under the direction of the Director of Sales. This role supports the Area Sales Managers in the coordination of Group, BT, LNR, and Meeting Room business while maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and delivering exceptional service to clients and hotel partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in hospitality.This position will support the sales efforts of 3 hotels;

• Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Sacramento at CSUS
• Home2 Suites by Hilton Sacramento at CSUS
• Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramenot/Davis

• High School diploma/GED
• At least 1 year of progressive hotel experience preferred
• 2 or more years of experience in customer service or a sales role preferably in hotels
• Highly developed communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems
• Availability to work Monday through Friday and weekends as needed
